Movie Editor I Am Not

I’m working on the video clips from the VanDemeer reading in Boston;  I’ve got to trim them down to Youtubable bits and at least make a half-way decent attempt at adding some transitions.

Movie Maker keeps on blowing up on me (probably a resource issue) and it takes about five minutes to import one clip – soooo there is a bit of FRUSTRATION going on at the moment.

But I have gotten the intro done.  All I have to do now is finish the meaty parts – you know, the readings.

Just noticed that my Sorry for the Misses post is blank.  Don’t know how that happened but it did.

That piece apologized for my absence and explained, probably in too much detail, that I got roped into helping to set up a new paintball league.  My paintball website is the ‘official news source’ for the new league and in addition to product contests and etc., I’ve been doing a fair amount of work on league structure and such.

It’s going to continue to eat up a lot of time, but is now back to a manageable level, so interruptions should once again be few and far between.
