There's a lot going on in the background at Angry Robot just now, as we gear up for our first releases in a couple of months' time. We've considered some of the points you've raised, already, and will be continuing to think of them over time. As it stands at the moment, however, we're currently not in a position to fold in eBooks with every dead-tree version, and audio books on a cover-mounted CD (or download). That's not to say we won't be looking at this option again in the future, but at the moment we want to walk before we run, and the first steps are to ensure we get the basics right. So expect a more in-depth survey at another juncture - this is just the start. :-) Thanks for the feedback!
