Move Day 3

Fully involved in the move at this point – right when this whole Hugo voting thing blows up – now IO9 has picked it up – and is unfortunately perpetuating the mischaracterization of what I wrote.

Again – there was NO discussion on the email list about restricting Hugo voting – NONE WHATSOEVER.?

The part about restricting the vote was MY speculation on one POSSIBLE strategy for dealing with potential vote-fixing, a strategy that I dismissed as soon as I mentioned it as being unworkable.? Its called SPECULATION, something that SF fans ought to be familiar with, but apparently a lot aren’t.

The MOVE:? the electronics are set up and active – obviously.? All the books have been moved as well, with the exception of the Heinlein and Chandler sections of the library.? They’re a bit larger than most sections and therefore take a little more time.
